Transparent water bottle
PCO1810 preform, 28mm necksize, 23,5gr.

Bio Materials Digester
Digester that can handle food waste within 24-48 hours composted in greywater.
White round PLA milk bottle
Preforms for 1 and 1,5 liter white milk bottles. neck size 38mm. Available end of this year beginning of next year.
White PLA bottles 250-1ltr
Preforms for small size PLA bottles. Size on request 250ml, 350ml, 750ml. Available end of 2023 beginning 2024
Personalized PLA bottles
Preforms in white, transparent 28mm and 38mm neck size. Available beginning 2024, depending on volume.
Plant-based caps/closures
Only available in combination with prefroms. We have white caps – 100% planr-based
Milk deserves a plant-based PLA bottles
At the start of the dairy production line in 2003, our CEO asked himself the question. “Why are organic and natural products actually packed in oily bottles and why is there no plant-based alternative?”
At that moment the search for an alternative started. And in 2004 this alternative was found in PLA. A 100% plant-based bioplastic that does not contain petroleum or other harmful substances.
As far as we know, this makes us the first company in the world to develop a plant-based PLA compostable milk bottle. All this more than 15 years ago.
We use plant-based material
By “biobased” is meant materials made from renewable raw materials such as starch, sugar, cellulose, lactic acid, proteins, or via micro-organisms. At present, it usually comes from corn, beet, sugar cane, wood, potato, tapioca root or, for example, nuts, but in the future mainly from residual materials and waste flows. The term “renewable” generally refers to a term within 10 years. Biobased plastics can be compostable or recyclable depending on the material.
Today, there is a bioplastic alternative for almost every conventional plastic material and corresponding application. Bioplastics – plastics that are biobased, biodegradable, or both – have the same properties as conventional plastics and offer additional advantages. This includes a reduced carbon footprint or additional waste management options, such as composting.
Bioplastics are an essential part of the bioeconomy and a fast-growing, innovative industry that has the potential to decouple economic growth from resource depletion and environmental impact. Bioplastics are a diverse family of materials with differing properties. There are three main groups:
- Bio-based or partially bio-based non-biodegradable plastics, such as bio-based PE, PP, or PET (so-called drop-ins) and bio-based technical performance polymers, such as PTT or TPC-ET;
- Plastics that are both bio-based and biodegradable, such as PLA and PHA or PBS;
- Plastics that are based on fossil resources and are biodegradable, such as PBAT
PLA is the bio-plastic that we use for our plant-based bottles, caps, and labels. PLA is one of the bioplastics that has the highest volume of production and is the most widespread bio-plastic in the industry. Our PLA bottles are made from sugarcane and are NON-GMO.
The much newer bio-plastic PHA is at the moment researched and tested within our company to become a candidate for making preforms and bottles.
